Convenience
To save you time and environment, we offer paperless ‘FAST Check-in’. Usually, you have to arrive 20 to 30 minutes before your first appointment just to fill out patient forms. With paperless 'FAST Check-in', you can fill out New Patient Forms via a computer in our consultation room in just about 10 minutes.
